Fried Rice Recipe
3 cup Rice
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Chicken Stock
1/2 Tsp salt
Water
Wash rice add all the ingredients above add lesser water then normal rice, cook n let it cold set a side
Ingredients
300g Prawns
10 Kampung Eggs
Spring Onion
Garlic (Mince)
I Tbsp Garlic wt oil
Method
Heat wok wt medium 🔥 add the butter saute wt mince garlic till frangence add in prawns stir till prawn turn colour ( not over cook) done..set a side
Fry the eggs n set aside
Heat the wok add the butter to fry the rice for 5 mins until all evenly ..add in the prawns n eggs stir fry untill evenly add fish sauce, chicken stock, salt according to yr taste then add in the spring onion head n garlic oil fry evenly..lastly add some spring onion for topping ..Ready to serve !!
Note : Stir fry the rice need energy , my hand is weak so hubby helped me to stir fry the rice..😂
