Spicy Rendang Hijau shortcut. Easy fast and tasty! I took <30mins from prep to dishing it up!
Half chicken recipe
Serai 2 btg
Halia seinci
Cili padi hijau 15 cili besar hijau 3 (adjust ur spicy levelness)
(Blend all above with sufficient water , hover the ingrediants)
Dry blend or tumbuk
1 teaspoon of biji ketumbar and jintan manis
Need to also prepare
1 teaspoon serbuk kunyit (adabi is best for me)
Half a kiub of chicken stalk
1 spoon of sugar
One camca of santan ( preferably kara brand because its thickness is amazing and tastewise the best)
1 spoon of kerisik
1 Asam keping
Daun kunyit hiris and knot one too dump in too
Salt to taste
To cook
Heat work wit one tablespoon of oil, gaul the ayam and dump all ingrediants except salt and hirisan daun kunyit and kerisik
Mix it all up till it simmers a lil bit first then add kerisik and when its starting to dry up, add salt to taste and hirisan daun kunyit
And when the air kering its done!
