(Complete Recipe) Peanut Satay Sauce

" Homemade Peanut Satay Sauce "

Ingredient

● 500gr peanut, fried
without oil, peel the
skin & blended
roughly
● 110 ml tamarind
juice
● 180gr gula melaka
@ palm sugar
● 110ml oil ( u can
reduce it )

Blended Ingredient

>> 5 tbsp blended chili
>> 4 stalk lemongrass
>> 3 cm ginger
>> 2 cm galanggal
>> 8 shallot
>> 4 garlic
>> 3 candlenut

Method

👉👉 fried the blended ingredient until
fragrant .

👉👉 add in tamarind juices & blended
peanut. If u think too thick add
some water & mix it.

👉👉 Than add in salt & sugar as u
desire.
Cook with low heat until fragrant &
a bit oily.

👉👉 Turn off heat than ready to serve
with satay & nasi impit @ ketupat
@ cubes rice @ compressed rice.
