Tomato Honey Chicken Recipe

1.. chicken cut into cubes
2.. Marinate wt Tumeric powder n salt
3.. Deep fry it - set a side

1 big onion - slice thin
2 Gloves garlic - mince
2- 3 pcs of tomatoes cut small
1 stem of Curry leave
1 Tsp Mixed spices
Chicken stock
Fish sauce
Salt

Method
Stir fry onion n garlic till aroma add in curry leaves n mixed spices + tomatoes stir fry till soft then add in the fried chicken
Add in chicken stock, fish sauce n salt
Stir well..ready to serve
