(Complete Recipe) Kuah Satay

Recipe: ( Shirley's Homemade)

Kuah satay:
300gm roasted ground nut, mill roughly
15 dried chilli
10 shallot
1 piece gula Melaka
1 cup cooking oil
2 big onion
3 tbsp tamarind paste mix with 3 cups water.
Salt n sugar to taste.

Method:
1.saute blended chilli n shallots till fragrant .add in blended big onion n continue to saute in slow fire till fragrant .add in ground nut..add in 3 cups of tamarind water.
Add in chopped gula Melaka. Simmer in slow fire .add in some salt to balance the taste.continue to simmer till the kuah pecah minyak.Done.
Satay kuah is sweet in taste. If your 1 piece of gula Melaka isn't enough add sugar. Kuah satay will thicken when it cool down so don't let it thicken too much.
Pls adjust taste accordingly.
