Ingredients (Dont have exact measurement as all based on estimations)

Set A
Halba campur (mixed herbs)
Curry leaves
Shallots
Garlic
Dried chillies
Green chillies (optional)

Set B
Potato cubes
Carrot cubes
Tomato cubes
Brinjals
Long beans (optional)
Cauliflowers (optional
1 cup of dhall beans (i used Australia dhall) -pre soak for 30mins till beans mushy only if not using pressure cooker)
Curry powder
Salt

Method
Sauteed set A till fragrant in oil.Set half portion of the fragrant fried ingredients aside for garnishing on cooked dhall curry for tastier and fragrant taste.

Leave another half portion of set A in pot and add Set B followed by dhall beans, salt to taste, water and leave to boil until gravy is thick and beans are soft. (i am using pressure cooker,so i did not pre -soak my dhall beans)

Lastly add the half portion of fried fragrant herbs and mix well in dhall curry.(This is for personal preferences as it gives a tastier and fragrant after taste.

Happy trying!
