(Complete Recipe) Satay And Satay Peanut Sauce

SATAY 🐔CHICKEN & PORK🐷

10pc chicken fillet
2 slices pork belly [ard 20cm long, width 1cm, cut off the skin]

**Ingredients for marination**
(put all into blender)
1pc gula melaka (melted)
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 stalks lemongrass [white part only]
1 pack turmeric powder
Half pack chilli powder
1tsp salt
2tbsp sugar

SATAY🥜PEANUT SAUCE

**Ingredients**
A (put all into blender)
1pc gula melaka (cut into small pc)
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 stalks lemongrass [white part only]
2cm size galangal
2tbsp turmeric powder
1tbsp chilli powder
1tbsp chilli flakes
1tbsp sugar
1tsp salt

B
400gm roasted peanuts

C
1 medium size orange sweet potato (steam & mash)
150ml coconut milk
