Classic Sourdough Recipe
350g Bread Flour
245g Cold Water
Mix to autolyse (min 30 mins)
90g Add in Sourdough Starter
Mix well
Add in 7g salt mix well
Transfer to oiled container for bulk proof
Stretch n fold every 30-45 min. (2-3 times)
Continue to proof for another 30min - 1 hour till Puffy.
Preshape to boule..rest the dough for abt 20 mins..
Final shape then put in basket for final proof till dough bounces back slowly when pressed..
(Final step add in cheese or anything yr wish n wrap them then put in basket for final proof)
Tip the dough on baking paper..score the dough and bake in preheated Oven 250°c for abt 20 mins..then 230°c for another 20 mins till cooked..
