Soup base (chicken stock ard 4500ml water)
- 1 butterfly size chicken breast

Soup ingredients
- 3nos sweet potato (steamed till soft, 1nos equals to ard 1palm size)
- 10nos tomatos
- 5nos red onions
(put in all to the blender n grind until fine texture)

After tat just pour into the chicken stock & bring to boil. Add 1tin duchef brand or other preferred brand tomato puree, add salt n sugar to taste.. if u gals wan the creamy texture type can add in corn starch ya..
As for the chilli, jus buy normal chilli boh from the chilli seller at market. I bot rm4 then i grind my own small red shallots ard 12nos.
Heat up oil n add in grinded red shallots, sautè until fragrant n add in the chilli boh.. continue sautè until fragrant over low medium fire, add some water if its too dry, salt & sugar to taste, stirfry until it is fragrant & looks like dried sambaltumis. Once done u can scoop 2/3 out served as chilli paste.
Another 1/3 leftover, add in prawns n sliced chic breast, squid & stirfry until all the ingredients are cooked then is done.
Other optional toppings u can serve together are

* lettuce
* prawn crackers
* fishballs / meatballs
