DORAEMON PAU/HOT PLATE PAU
Ingredients (Dough)
500gm All Purpose Flour
240ml Water
100gm Sugar
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Baking Powder
50ml Corn Oil

Fillings → Red bean paste/Peanuts/Grated Coconut etc etc
METHOD
1) Mix all dough ingredients together until it forms a smooth round dough.

2) Let it rest for 10 mins.
3) After 10 mins, divide dough into about 14 pcs of 60gm each.
4) Flatten the dough & wrap it with your favourite fillings.
5) Roll it into a ball & let it rest for another 30 mins.
6) Get ready a non stick pan.
7) Flatten each dough & pan fry it without oil on lowest fire for about 1 min.
8) Flip it after 1 min (if it is still not brown yet, let it pan fry longer)
9) Pan fry the other side until brown (all in about 4 mins)
10) It's done! Please store in air tight container if you wish to consume it next day. Best to slightly pan fry it again.
