(Complete Recipe) No Knead Bread

Recipe for no knead bread (credit to Dora Wee)
3 cups bread flour or plain flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
black & green olives (sliced) or dried cranberries (soak first before using)
1 tbsp olive oil
12 fl oz tap water

Mix all ingredients together with a fork (no kneading is required)
Cover with wet towel and proof for 1 hour
Shape and proof for another hour (Dough is a bit wet; don't worry, just sprinkle with some flour when shaping)
Bake in preheated oven 200 degree C for half an hour.
