Sambal Recipe
7 Pcs Big Onion *
8 Pcs Shallots *
20 Pcs Chillies*
1 Big Glove Garlic*
3 Stalk Lemongrass*
1 inch 4-5 Pcs Tumeric *
3-4 inch Ginger *
3 Tbsp Balacan*
1 Tbsp Chicken Stock*
2 Tsp Salt*
5 Pcs Kacang Tumbuk (add last)
1/2 Pcs fm Pic Tamarind soak wt 150ml water(add last)
Method
Blend all the ingredients wt * wt a little of cooking oil, heat the oil in pan wt high 🔥 fire
( I use non stick pan wt lid ) pour the blended Ingredients in pan stir fry wt medium 🔥 until it become thick then add in palm sugar, Kacang Tumbuk n lastly add in tamarind water..done !!
Note : with this amount of ingredients above I can cook for few times..
Note : advise to use non stick wok wt lid..during cooking it will splashing while boiling..time to time stir the under neath to avoid burn.
