Creamy Chicken
2 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces
5 pips garlic
1 onion
2 stalks lemongrass
2 red chillies
3 pcs kaffir lime leaf
Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Sugar
100ml water
100ml evaporated milk
Method
1. Heat up oil and sauté the garlic and onion till aromatic. Add in remaining ingredients and stir fry till fragrant. Add in chicken and fry till pale.
2. Add in seasoning except evaporated milk. Cover the lid and cook for around 10min at medium low heat. Lastly add evaporated milk and bring to boil.
