(Complete Recipe) Deep Fried Golden Rice Balls

DEEP FRIED GOLDEN RICE BALLS

A:
1 cup rice cooked mashed
( can use leftover rice )
1 potato ( boiled, peeled & mashed )
2-3 tbsp spinach minced
3-4 tbsp cheese grated
( any cheese will do )
2 red chillies minced
1 onion large minced
Few curry leaves minced
Salt to taste

B:
All purpose flour
Water to mix
Bread crumbs
Oil to fry

METHOD:

Mix A together & make into small balls.

Keep the mixed rice balls in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.

Mix the flour with little water, make into a thick paste.

Heat up oil.

Take out the rice balls from the fridge.

Dip the balls in the flour mixture, roll into bread crumbs & keep aside.

Once oil is hot, deep fry the rice balls into golden brown.

Serve with sauce of your choice.
