Lobak Recipe
1 kg Pork..(slice thin n long)
1 Yam (Shred)
3-4 Tbsp 5 spice
3-4 Tbsp Corn flour
2-3 Tbsp Sugar
2-3 Tsp Salt
Soya Skin (Salty Type)
Method
Mix all above ingredients, keep in the fridge overnight, cut ready the soya skin into size 6x6cm , wrap n deep fry it..done
Note : during wrapping the lobak, prepare some cornflour mix wt a little water to seal the skin
