Roasted Pork Recipe
1 pc Pork belly
5 spiced
Salt
Vinegar
Method
Boil the pork belly till 50% cooked..take it out, wipe it dry..rub the 5 spice n salt on the belly meat, use foil to wrap it keep in the fridge, for 1-2 days..when ready to roast ..open up the foil wrap only the belly, leave the skin face up n wipe dry n poke hole evenly ..add salt rub all over the skin then rub in vinegar.. roast at temp 250°c for 45 mins , after the skin start to pops till almost done, check time to time to avoid burnt.
Note : need enough salt n vinegar for the skin to pops evenly
