Roti Jala
Ingredients:1/2cup water
1/2cup coconut milk/evaporated milk
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1 egg
Oil for greasing the pan
Method:
1. Whisk all wet ingredients together.

2. Mix all dry ingredients into another bowl.
3. Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients till the batter run smooth. Sieve it.
4. Grease the non stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle the batter in quick circular motion.
5.Allow it to cook for 1-2 min.
6. Remove from pan. Fold in the side and roll up.
