Ingredients:
Black sesame 60g
Rice flour 30g
Sugar 50g
Water. 500ml
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
1. Wash black sesame seeds, then stir fry it over low heat until fragrant (about 10 minutes). Keep stirring the seeds. Remove from heat and cool down.
2. Pour the black sesame seeds to a grinder and grind into powder. Add some water and blend it till smooth. Pour into a strainer and strain. Put the residue from the strainer back into the blender. Add a bit of water and blend for 1 minute. Strain and repeat process until there are little residue left when strained. Discard the residue.
3. Add some water into rice flour, mix well. Put all ingredients into a pot, simmer until thickened, about 5-8minutes. Stir the soup regularly to prevent burning. Serve hot.
