Filling: Kids’ fav choco rice Ceres
Recipe:
330g plain flour
3 eggs
70g caster sugar
1tsp instant yeast
1tsp baking soda
420ml water
Method:
1. Put all batter ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well combined. Rest for 1 hour. Cover with cling wrap.
2. Heat up a non stick pan and rub with a little oil. Pour in some batter and swirl into a round, thin pancake. Cover and cook at medium low heat (for small pan use low heat) for about 1 minute or till you can see many hole like my pic.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Fast action ---> Sprinkle sugar , brush a bit butter and sprinkle choco rice ( you can change to chopped toasted peanuts). Fold into half moon shape. Serve.
