Banana Yoghurt Muffin
Egg 2 (A)
Corn Oil 30g
Banana yoghurt 100g
Salt 1/4tsp
Caster sugar 40g
Cake flour 100g sieve with 1tsp Baking powder
Whisk lightly egg, corn oil, yoghurt, salt and sugar Till well mixed.
Fold in the flour till well mix. ( Don’t over fold, use spatula to fold)
Bake at 180 for 30min (till toothpick comes out clean).
NB: You can reheat using microwave for 10second on the next day to get the same freshness like just out from oven.
