(Basic Recipe) Chicken With Vinegar Sauce

Chicken with Vinegar Sauce

1 whole chicken (without head n feet, cut into 6 pcs)
3-6 pcs red chillies
8-10 cloves garlic ...
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Soy Bean Paste or Tao Cheo
Chinese vinegar
Sugar
Corn flour mixture



1. Wash chicken, marinated it with soy sauce. Leave it at least 30 minutes.
2. Blended chili, garlic n soy bean paste, leave aside.
3. Use medium heat to fried the chicken until both side well cooked n hav a nice colour. Chop in small pieces n arranged on the plate.
4. Use another wok, heat up oil. Saute the blended ingredients till fragrant. Add water, let it boiled. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar n sugar. Adjust the taste until it suit u. Thickened it with corn flour mixture.
5. Pour it on the arranged chicken.
