Pineapple n Cucumber Acar
1 cucumber, Sliced thinly
1 ripe pineapple,remove skin n sliced thinly
2-3 cili padi...
6 shallots
Salt
Sugar
Vinegar

1. Lightly mashed the sliced cucumber with salt untill it becomes little bit transparent. Then wash off the salt from the cucumber with cooled boiled water. drain it.
2. In big bowl mix cucumber, pineapple with vinegar, salt, cili padi n sugar. Mix well it. Pour the exces water before u serve it.
For the vinegar, salt n sugar or cili padi, u can adjust by ur self
