Steamed eggplants with sour sauce
Green eggplants, skinless n cut it like my one. Arrange on plate n steamed it until the eggplant soft.
In small bowl mix lime juice or limau Kasturi juice,oyster sauce, a liitle bit soy sauce, n chili padi. Mix well n pour in the steamed eggplants. Last add fried garlic on it. Done
