(Complete Recipe) Fried Pork Meat In Wat Dan Hor

Fried pork meat in wat dan hor ..
Fried meat slice
RM2.50 meat slice
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of sesame oil
2 tbsp potato starch

Marinate meat slice with salt, pepper and sesame oil for 15mins then add potato starch. mix well. Deep fried the meat slice and set aside.

5 deshell shrimps
1 stalk spring onion cut into 2inch length
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp potato starch mix with 2tbsp water
1 egg
dash of soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil or any cooking oil

Heat up sesame oil in a pan, add minced garlic and spring onion, stir till fragrant then add shrimps, saute till cook.. Add water and let it simmer, add seasoning - oyster sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce. adjust the taste to your liking. add potato starch water to thicken the sauce.. then crack 1 egg, use spatula to gently cut thru the egg yolk then move around (I made an 8 with my spatula), add in deep fried meat and serve..
