(Complete Recipe) Sweet Potato QQ Balls

Sweet potato / pumpkin QQ balls

500gm sweet potato / pumpkin (steam till soft)
4tbsp tapioca starch flour
1tbsp rice flour
4tbsp sugar
Water (add if too dry to knead)

1. Steam the sweet potato until soft n mashed it with fork, let it cool & then add the flours to knead it.

2. Boil a pot of water and put in the QQ balls, once it floats means it is cooked, scoop up & prepare 1 tbsp sugar n quickly mix it to the QQ balls so it wont stick together.

3. Serve with red bean soup / soya bean

**take note for pumpkin QQ balls, pumpkin texture is abit wet so no need add water but need to add more flour, add accordingly ya.. i oso lost count jor how many more tbsp i add, but i follow ratio 2:1. Sugar u may omit to add more as pumpkin itself ady very sweet.
