Recipe:
Ingredients:
250g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
250 ml water
5-6 pandan leaves
150g sugar
50g butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
Method:
1. Blend pandan leaves and water and then sieve to get pandan juice. Boil sugar in juice until fully melted.
2. Sieve flour and baking powder into a big bowl.
3. Pour pandan juice and melted butter into the flour. Sieve the beaten egg into flour.
4. Mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour batter into cake cups and steam over boiling water for 20 min.
