3 meaty pork ribs or 3 pieces of chicken portions
Soak overnight:
Dried squid, 1.5 head portion, cut into small portions
Dried Cole veg, 1 head
Sweet dates, 3
Red dates, 6
Wash the Cole vegetable well. Cut into small sections. Put the Cole vegetable, chopped squid and meat into a pot/pressure cooker. Add the dates and enough water to cover the food. Cook for couple of hours till tender.
