Claypot chicken rice with rice cooker
1.5cups rice
[washed, rinsed set aside]

[pls measure ready the amt of water to use for cooking 1.5cups rice like usually how we cook normal rice, i use hand measure in the rice cooker, then only rinse the rice n set aside. So i couldnt tell how much water i use😆]

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken drumstick 🍗
2 chinese sausage [can replace with chic sausage]
4 shitake mushroom 🍄
1tbsp dried shrimp
1tbsp garlic
1tbsp dark soya sauce
3tbsp soya sauce
1/3 tsp salt

1. Sauté dried shrimp & garlic then add Chinese sausage, sauté till fragrant.
2. Add chicken drumsticks, mushrooms, dark soya sauce, soya sauce, salt & 200ml water. Bring to boil.
3. Then add the rinsed rice & stir fry until dry, transfer to rice cooker. Add in the earlier measured water & press cook button.
