(Complete Recipe) Putu Ikan Kembung Rebus

Putu Ikan Kembung Rebus Recipe:

Ingredients:

-8 pieces ikan kembung rebus( it is salty & has been pre steamed and packed at supermarkets).
- 2 small limes
- Indian red onions(chopped finely)
-1 fresh green chilly(deseeded and chopped finely

Garnishing:
-1/2 moon red onions
-1/2 fresh red chillies( chopped finely)

Method:

1) Remove the innards (fish intestines). Do not wash it.

2) Fry the ikan kembung rebus till it is cooked and keep aside and let it cool down.

3) When it has cooled down...remove all the bones.

4) Put all the boneless fish meat in a large bowl. Add in chopped onions, chopped green chillies. Mix well by crumbling the fish meat. Make sure the crumbled fish meat is well coated with the chopped onions and chopped green chillies.

5) Squeeze the juice from the 2 small limes...add 2 pinches of salt..taste it and make sure that the right amount of salt and lime juice compliments the dish. Mix till the meat is evenly coated.

6) Transfer to your serving plate and garnish with half moon onions and chopped fresh red chillies.
