1. Marinated prawn with all ingredients except big onion. Marinated at least 30 minutes.
2. In the wok, add oil n fry the onion. Add marinated prawns but not the liquid. Fry it for a few minutes or it cooked. Take out the prawns.
3. Pour the marinated liquid from before into the wok, boiled it n add corn starch mixture n cook till the sauce is thickened.
4. Add the prawn into the sauce, mixed well in high heat n done
