9 chicken thigh (rub with salt)
Blended:
5 cloves of garlic...
5 shallots
5 stalks lemongrass
3cm galangal
3cm ginger
3cm turmeric
1tsp cumin seed
1tsp fennel seed
1tbsp coriander

Method:
Mix the chicken with spices and seasoning
Store in the fridge for at least 3 hours
Deep fried
