(Basic Recipe) Sambal Petai Prawn

Sambal Petai Prawn

Blended ingredients:
100g dried Chili (cut it half n soaked in water)
20 shallots
8 cloves garlic
A little bit belacan
Prawn
Petai
Tamarind juice
Sugar
A little bit salt

1. Blended all ingredients.
2. Put oil in the wok, fry Chili paste till the Oil rises.
2. Add prawn, fry a while. Add tamarind juice n add salt n sugar to taste.
3. Last add petai, quick stir it n done.
