Ingredients

margarine 60g (I replaced with butter)
Cooking oil 60g (I use peanut oil)
pinch of salt
Fine sugar 100g (I cut down to 50g)
maltose 1 tbsp
fermented red beancurd 2 pcs
Egg 1 AA size

candied melon 150g (minced)
Garlic 40g (minced)
Sesame seeds 120g (I mixed black & white)
5 spice powder 1/2 tbs
pepper 1/2 tbs
Sesame oil 1 tbs

* instead of mince garlic & candied melon, i blend both.

All purpose flour 330g
baking powder 1 tbs
ammonia powder 1/4 tbs (can be omitted. I omitted.)
baking powder 1 tbs
ammonia powder 1/4 tbs (can be omitted. I omitted.)
(mix all and sieve)
Method:
1) Mix all ingredients A until fully combined
2) Mix B & Mix c and then add to mixture A and mix until into dough.
3) Cover the dough and let is rest for 1 hour.
4) Use rolling pin to flatten the dough into thin layer in a baking sheet. You may use knife to cut or use cookies cutter to cut it into shape you want.
5) Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 min or until golden brown.
