(Basic Recipe) South Indian Pepper Chicken

South Indian Pepper Chicken Recipe:

1) Pressure cook/ boil chicken which is marinated with salt and turmeric pdr till tender...keep aside ..

2)Blend 6 tsp black pepper till crushed into pdr form...keep aside..

3) Blend a bunch of coriander leaves, a bunch of mint leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, add crushed black pepper which had been blended earlier..blend all till paste form...

4)Heat wok...add Cinnamon stick, star anise, fennel, onions, curry leaves...and the blended paste...saute till oil separates...add in tender chickens...salt to taste...Mix all till it is coated evenly...garnish with half moon onions and chopped red fresh chillies...
