the quantity of the ingredients increase or decrease at your own preference...i just share the methods.
1) pan-fry 1 large shredded gingers till golden brown or at your liking. once done...set aside. *note : save up the extra oil
2) sauté 2 stalk of chopped (bak choy) vege with *oil (from the saved oil), 1 garlic & little salt for 2~3min. once done...set a side.
3) sauté 1 medium diced tomato with *oil & salt for 1~2min. once done...set a side.
4) pan-fry 1 or 2 eggs with oil. once done...set a side. (before cooking the eggs : beat the eggs with salt & 1 tbsp of milk).
5) fry the cooked rice with oil, salt, soy sauce & pepper. mix & stir well to get balance flavour on the rice.
6) sliced black olive (bought).
when the rice is done, you may decorate your rice or just put all into the pan to mix it.
lastly...eat it. 😁

note : put the salt at your own preference taste. hope i didnt miss out anything or method.
