(Basic Recipe) Char Oh Tau Yiu Bak

Char Oh Tau Yiu Bak...

Pork Belly or Lean Meat
6-8 cloves of garlic (removed the skin only)
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Sugar (must sweet enough to created the caramelized effect)
White pepper
Water

1. Marinated the pork belly with all the seasonings for at least 30minutes or more.
2. Heat wok n add oil, (if u used lean meat, u Hav to a liitle bit more oil). Fry the garlic till fragrant, add marinated meat. Mixed till the meat Colour change.
3. Add the remaining marinated sauce n oil into the meat, makes sure it can covered the meat. Used medium heat to simmer this until the sauce thickened. Done.
