(Adapted from someone who shared this few years back 😊)
Recipe:
125g Melted butter
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
40g plain flour
40g Self-raising flour
120g Oats (I used organic rolled oats)
90g Caster sugar (I reduced to 70g)
80g Almond Strips (roasted)
30g Chia seeds
50g Chocolate chips
50g White sesame seeds
70g Black sesame seeds
70g Raisin (I used black raisins)
1/8tsp Salt

Method:
1) Mix castor sugar with melted butter in mixing bowl.
2) Combine all ingredients above in the mixing bowl.
3) Use 2 metal spoons to scoop the mixture into lined baking trays. Press lightly with wet finger or the spoon to flatten the mixture.
4) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15-20 mins till firm.
5) Remove to cool and keep in air tight container.
