Recipe:
250gm bread flour1tsp + 2tbsp sugar
1tsp yeast
1/8tsp salt
35gm soften unsalted butter
1cup warm milk
Mix milk, yeast and 1tsp sugar stir well and let it sit for 10mins.
Mix bread flour, 2tbsp sugar, salt, soften butter and yeast mixture, stir to combine and knead into a rough dough
Let it sit in the fridge overnight to proof
Then let it sit on the counter top with a hot towel wrapping for 1 hour
Knead and toss the sticky dough for 40mins. Sprinkle flour when needed
Do membrane test to see if the dough is done kneading stage..
Portion to 4 and roll into a log, put in a lightly grease loaf pan
Let it sit in a warm place covered with a towel for 1 hour or till double the size
Bake in preheated 150c oven for 35mins
Butter wash the dough on 20mins and 5mins mark before done baking
Let it cool down on a wire rack

I actually found this recipe in a stash of printed recipe but there's no name on it.. i only know the original creator after she left a comment so here i put up the credit links back to her ^^
