Peanut Butter Cookies
500g all purpose flour
250g peanut butter
200g icing sugar
150g corn oil
2 egg yolks
250g peanut butter

150g corn oil
2 egg yolks
1. Mixed the flour, peanut butter,icing sugar until all well combined. Add the corn oil n knead it till become smooth dough (5 minutes). Cover n let it rest for 10 minutes or more.
2. Shape dough into a small balls. Place it on I greased cookie sheet. Flatten it with fork.
3. Grease it with egg yolks.
4. Bake with 160C for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. (Each oven Is different, so adjust the time according to ur own oven).
5. Let it cool first before u removed from the cookies sheet. Done.
