Noodles in egg broth
Ingredients-
2 eggs (for 1-2 pax)
Your choice of veg
Your choice of noodles (glass noodles, Mee Sua, bihun or yellow mee)
Enough water for the soup (if you use anchovies stock or meat stock, it will taste even better😉)
Can add loads of other ingredients too such as fish cakes, meat strips, etc)

Steps
Heat up oil in the wok (a little bit more than usual) and fried 2 eggs until crispy and fragrant
Add in enough water to get your soup (agak agak only)
Bring to a boil and simmer on low flame until the soup turns milky. Add in veg, noodles and season to taste.
