Poached chicken

Method:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Rub all over chicken skin with salt. Marinate 30 min.
Heat up a pot of water over high heat , once boiled add chicken (water cover over the chicken). Cover with lid and bring to boil again for 3min. Off the heat, poaching the chicken for 1 hour.
Dish out the chicken and soak in cold water for 20min. Remove and drain.
