(Complete Recipe) Soybean Longan Jelly

Soy Bean Longan Jelly

1 pkt Swallow agar agar powder
1200ml unsweetened soy milk
1000ml water
475g Sugar
5 knotted pandan leaves
1 can Longan

1. In a small pot, add in sugar,water,agar agar powder n knotted Pandan leaves. Used medium heat to cooked it, constantly stirring n cooked it until the sugar dissolved.

2. Add in soy milk n stir till mix well combined. Off the heat.

3. Pour into the jelly mould n let it cool or until the jelly has slightly set about 25-30minutes.

4. Add in longan n 1 tbsp longan syrup on each tube n set in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
