(Complete Recipe) Spring Onion Pork Slice

Spring onion pork slice

Rm2.50 pork meat thinly slice (can use chicken too..)
1 small stalk of spring onion cut into 2inch length
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp potato starch
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp oil
Hot water

Marinate meat with minced ginger, salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, potato starch, sesame oil and pepper. Set aside for 30mins.

In a heated pan, heat up oil and saute minced garlic and spring onion till fragrant then add in marinated meat. Stir till 70% cooked then add in hot water and let it simmer.

The sauce will be thicken by the potato starch and sugar in the marinated meat. Add water according to the thickness of gravy and the gravy volume you want. Adjust the taste if u needed to..

Lastly just add a drizzle of sesame oil, dish up and serve.
