PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
- 250 gr plain flour
- 100 grams icing sugar
- 125 gr creamy peanut butter (I use skippy)
- 100 ml corn oil
- 1 tbsp full cream milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5g butter (room temperature)
Brush
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg yolks
Topping:
Cheddar cheese
Cheddar cheese
Mix icing sugar, peanut butter, milk, salt, oil and butter. Stir with a wooden spoon or pastry knife.
Stir in the flour gradually.
Form the dough the desired shape.
Brush with yolk and put topping.
Bake at 160 degrees for 18min .
