Marinade for about 30minutes:
14 mid-wings Some lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Walkerswood Jamaican, hot and spicy jerk seasoning (contains spring onions, Scotch bonnet peppers (spicy, aromatic with a sweet finish) salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, citric acid, cane sugar and thyme)
About 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
I grilled the wings at 150degree C for about 30min on an oven rack, without the need to turn over the chicken wings.
I am satisfied with the results. The recipe is a keeper.
