Mint Parathas
1 1/2 cup Atta (chapatti) flour
1 1/2 cup plain flour
2 1/2 Tbsp oil/ghee
1 cup chopped daun Pudina (mint)
1 tsp jintan putih (cumin) seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt
Mix everything well, add water little by little to bind and knead into a smooth dough. Rest 15 mins or longer. Take golf ball size dough, dust with flour and roll into a circle. Add a bit of butter/ghee/oil to flat pan, cook both sides on medium heat...
