ABC soup cooked in thermal pot
1 carrot cut in angle
1 tomato quartered
Half a garlic
1 big onion quartered
A quarter kampung chicken
3l water
1 tsp salt
Crushed white pepper
1. Blanched the kampung chicken, set aside and ready the rest of the ingredients while boiling a pot of water in the thermal pot.
2. Put in all the ingredients into the boiling water and let it simmer for 15mins.
3. Keep the pot in the thermal cooker overnight 6-8hours.
4. Reheat the pot and keep back into the thermal pot. Serve anytime.
