Fish Broth/Kuah Laksa.
▪8 - 10 kembong fish, clean & boil with some water + assam keping + salt until tender. Take out fish, save broth. Separate fish meat and bone. 1st, blender fish meat with some water, then put in big pot. Then, blender fish bone with some water,sieve, put into pot too. Put back the fish broth made earlier.
▪10 rose onion/shallots - blender
▪1 handfull dried chillies - boil until tender, rinse, sieve then blender
▪1 handful daun kesum
▪3 to 4 bunga kantan - slice
▪1 or 2 assam keeping
*Put all ingredients into the broth pot. Stir to mix well, once simmer, flavour it. Wait until boil and turn off heat. Best to keep for an hour before serve. Great to enjoy it hot😊 Assemble the laksa with any vege u like. Basically, like mine. I also enjoy it with 4 angle bean😍
Mee Laksa.
▪I like the dried one. Soak for 30 to 40 mins, drain and boil until al dente. Sieve.
Associates : Hard boiled eggs, veges, chilli. If u like sour, add some lime. If u like more kick, slice chilli padi. Adjust to own satisfactory😉
