MELTING MOMENTS
210g plain flour50gr corn starch
230gr unsalted butter
80gr icing sugar
1/2tsp vanilla
Cream softened butter and Icing sugar till light (dun overbeat otherwise it will melt after bake).
Put in vanilla and beat for a while.
Fold in flour and starch.
Bake at 170 degrees for 20min.
