Ingredients –
450g (4 cups) cold, cooked rice
30g Dried shrimp, soak, pounded & toasted
30g Dried salted fish, shredded & toasted
200g toasted grated coconut (kerisik)
100g belachan, toasted
1 salted egg, boiled & cut (*optional)
3 limes (limau kasturi) juiced
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
Salt & sugar to taste

Finely chopped or sliced ingredients :-
100g (10) Shallots
1 fresh turmeric
2 stalk Lemon grass
1 ginger flower (bunga kantan)
1 galangal (lengkuas)
5-6 Daun kadok leaves (wild pepper leaves)
3-4 cekur leaves
3-4 turmeric leaves
3-4 Kaffir lime leaves
3 stalks mint leaves
3 stalks laksa leaves (polygonum)
3 stalks basil leaves
1 fresh turmeric
2 stalk Lemon grass
1 ginger flower (bunga kantan)
1 galangal (lengkuas)
5-6 Daun kadok leaves (wild pepper leaves)
3-4 cekur leaves
3-4 turmeric leaves
3-4 Kaffir lime leaves
3 stalks mint leaves
3 stalks laksa leaves (polygonum)
3 stalks basil leaves
Method:-
Add all the ingredients into the cooled rice in the mixing bowl and stir to mix well. Adjust the sugar and salt to taste and serve.
